About The Role

We are not looking for a traditional insurance CSR. We are looking for someone who can help a growing agency provide an exceptional client experience while helping create opportunities for growth.

This role is a combination of client service, onboarding, relationship building, organization, and appointment setting. The right person will help make sure clients are taken care of, tasks are completed on time, opportunities are not missed, and the agency runs smoothly.

Most importantly, this role helps free the agency owner to focus on helping more clients and growing the business. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.

Compensation

Base Pay


$2,000 per month


Bonus Opportunities


$250 Monthly Bonus

  • No overdue assigned tasks


$10 Per Qualified Appointment Set

  • Appointment completes and is held with the agency owner


$20 Per Cross-Sold Policy

  • Additional policy written for an existing customer


$75 Per Life Insurance Policy Issued & Paid

  • Resulting from an appointment you scheduled

What You'll Do

Client Onboarding

  • Welcome new clients to the agency
  • Help collect documents and signatures
  • Ensure policies are issued correctly
  • Assist clients with account setup and agency resources
  • Follow up on outstanding items

Client Service

  • Answer client questions
  • Assist with policy changes and service requests
  • Communicate with insurance carriers when needed
  • Help clients navigate billing and policy concerns
  • Maintain organized client records

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule appointments for the agency owner
  • Follow up with referral opportunities
  • Re-engage past clients and prospects
  • Help keep the calendar organized

Account Reviews & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to round out accounts
  • Help uncover missing coverages
  • Schedule review appointments
  • Assist with monoline and win-back campaigns

Agency Support

  • Keep tasks organized and completed
  • Help manage follow-up activities
  • Assist with marketing and referral relationship follow-up
  • Support daily agency operations

Requirements

Must either be currently licensed in P&C or willing to get licensed within 90 days
