Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the processing of all HR/PR/Credentialing activities for the organization
  • Maintaining, organizing and updating documents for all employees (such as background checks, reference checks, resumes, I-9, state tax form, W-4 form, fringe benefits etc.)
  • Supervises the Human Resource Assistant
  • Reviewing and processing ADP payroll semi-monthly. Ensuring pay data is correct and approved for employees and consultant/contractors.
  • Maintaining leave accrual balances for accuracy
  • Maintaining and processing the organization’s insurances annually with insurance brokers (Professional Liability, General Liability, Commercial, Cyber, Auto, Workers Comp, etc.)
  • Review, prepare and submit documentation for payment of Fringe Benefits monthly
  • Oversee the credentialing process for all providers, files set up and maintained with up-to-date documents
  • Credentialing/revalidation of providers for DC & MD Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance as well as the agency.
  • Assist in the renewing of Health Insurances and Fringe Benefit Contracts
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints


HOURS OF WORK

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A combination of job-related experience and job-related education can be substituted for degree.


Experience with ADP payroll and Bamboo highly preferred.
