Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and lead the sales strategy to ensure our goals align with our growth plans.

Mentor and coach your sales team, providing the support they need to refine their techniques and hit their personal bests.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with local business owners and community leaders to expand our agencys presence.

Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust our approach and stay ahead of the curve.

Foster an environment where everyone feels encouraged to share ideas and pursue professional development.

Maintain high standards of service to ensure every policyholder feels valued and well-protected.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License in Pennsylvania.

Valid Life & Health Insurance License.

Minimum of five years of direct experience in insurance sales and agency operations.

Demonstrated history of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Deep understanding of the regional insurance market and local regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in agency management software and digital pipeline tracking tools.

Ability to network effectively within the Erie community to drive brand awareness.
