Farmers Insurance in Lane County and surrounding areas is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as Agency Owners. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build, grow, and lead their own business with the support, training, and brand recognition of an established insurance leader.


We offer multiple entry paths designed to match your experience level, financial goals, and timelineincluding the ability to purchase an existing book of business, build an agency from the ground up, or participate in our paid training program.


What Youll Do:


Build and manage your own insurance agency

Develop relationships within your local community and grow a client base

Provide tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Attend industry events to network and build relationships.
  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Both an Oregon Property & Casualty Insurance license as well as a Life & Health Insurance license are required (we will help you get these).
  • Sales or Management experience is preferred
  • Insurance experience is a bonus, not required
