Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.

Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.


Manage day-to-day agency operations and customer service

Recruit, train, and lead agency staff as the business grows

Meet sales and business growth goals

Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations

Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills


Requirements

Sales experience, preferred.

Prior business ownership, leadership, or interest preferred.

Current property, casualty, life or health license preferred, not required. Must be able to able to obtain license within 60 days of starting. License training provided

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in current computer and internet centered applications including an openness to new AI based technologies and sales systems.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check.
