Lead Agency Coordinator – Early ChildhoodChildren's Coalition for Northeast LouisianaAre you an experienced early childhood professional who enjoys supporting educators, improving program quality, and bringing people and processes together?Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana is seeking a Lead Agency Coordinator to support publicly funded early childhood programs within our Community Network Lead Agency parishes. This position works closely with early childhood providers, school systems, community partners, and the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) to support high-quality early learning programs and successful implementation of state initiatives.This is a great opportunity for an organized, collaborative early childhood professional who is comfortable working with educators, managing data and systems, providing training, and supporting multiple programs.What You'll DoAs the Lead Agency Coordinator, you'll help coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Community Network Lead Agency, including:Serve as a primary point of contact for participating publicly funded early childhood programsCoordinate Lead Agency activities, communications, timelines, and reporting requirementsManage SmartTeach administration, including user accounts, classroom and staff information, data quality, and reportingProvide SmartTeach technical assistance and training to program directors and educatorsSupport implementation of Teaching Strategies GOLDCoordinate annual CLASS observations, observer scheduling, certifications, calibration activities, and required documentationReview and analyze program and CLASS data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvementPrepare and maintain reports and documentation required by the Louisiana Department of EducationProvide technical assistance and guidance to early childhood program leadersSupport programs with curriculum, assessments, CLASS, quality improvement, and continuous improvement planningPlan and deliver professional development and training for early childhood educatorsBuild strong working relationships with early childhood providers, school systems, and community partnersSupport outreach, special projects, grant initiatives, and other Early Childhood Department activitiesAttend community events, conferences, professional meetings, and statewide meetings as neededWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a closely related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in early childhood educationStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsAbility to analyze information, maintain accurate data, and prepare reportsAbility to provide training and technical assistance to adult learnersValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service areaExperience or knowledge in the following is highly valued:Publicly funded early childhood programsSmartTeachTeaching Strategies GOLDCLASSLouisiana Early Learning and Development StandardsChild Care LicensingCommunity Network Lead Agency operationsLouisiana Department of Education early childhood systemsSchedule & Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Early Childhood.
