We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team-a dynamic sales and marketing leader with a deep understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape. Role Overview

The Sales and Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and securing new clients for the agency. This person will not only focus on generating sales but will also play a key role in driving the agency's marketing and sales initiatives to expand our brand presence in the industry. You will be instrumental in positioning 321 the Agency as a leader in branding, social media management, and paid media advertising.

You must have strong networking and presentation skills, a deep understanding of marketing and advertising, and the ability to communicate complex strategies fluently to potential clients. This role requires someone with a proven track record of sales success in the marketing and advertising space, a natural ability to build relationships, and the drive to push agency growth forward.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue and secure new clients in the brand and social media space.
  • Identify and pursuehigh-value prospects, including startups, small businesses, and enterprise clients, that align with the agency's oierings.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with CMOs, marketing directors, and decision-makers in key industries.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and case studies that effectively communicate the agency's expertise and value proposition.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM to track opportunities, client interactions, and revenue projections.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive the agency's overall marketing and lead generation eiorts.
  • Assist in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns, including email outreach, digital advertising, social media, and thought leadership content.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, networking functions, conferences, and trade shows to generate new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure client needs are aligned with agency capabilities and service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to potential and existing clients, understanding their pain points and positioning 321 as the best solution.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources to generate ongoing business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong internal communication with project management, creative, and strategy teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoi.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, social media marketing, paid media, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials.
