We're looking for a driven, client-focused insurance professional to join our growing West Michigan team. If you're licensed, people-oriented, and ready to make an impact from day one, we want to hear from you. This position is base plus commission; you will be in control of your income from the start. Responsibilities
• Engage with internal teams to coordinate actions that move the needle for clients and keep service running smoothly.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for existing clients - managing inbound and outbound calls, answering coverage questions, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen their protection.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service while cross-selling the full range of products our agency offers.
• Support agency growth by contributing to retention and new business benchmarks
• Commit to continuous professional development in both sales and service.
• Grow your presence and pipeline through social media, community involvement, networking events, and a strong referral partner network.
Qualifications
Property and Casualty License required.
• Minimum of 6 months in the insurance industry with a proven track record implementing client retention strategies and cross-selling necessary products to meet the client's needs.
• Experience with Salesforce and Guidewire preferred, but not required.
