Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a residential treatment facility. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative workflows while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for clients, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, where confidentiality and professionalism are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and staff coordination

  • Maintain and organize client records in compliance with confidentiality standards (HIPAA)

  • Assist with intake documentation and admissions processes

  • Support billing, data entry, and reporting tasks

  • Coordinate communication between clinical staff, clients, and external partners

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized workspace

  • Assist leadership with administrative projects and daily operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree preferred

  • Previous administrative or office experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)
