Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) - Overnight Shift
Lake Ariel, PA | Tapestry Program - Pyramid Healthcare
$17.00 per hour + $1.50 Overnight Shift Differential ($18.50/hour)
Full-Time | 3rd Shift (Overnight)

About Pyramid Healthcare - Tapestry

Pyramid Healthcare's Tapestry program in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our overnight team. This role is essential in supporting individuals in recovery by providing structure, supervision, and encouragement within a therapeutic treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the admissions and intake process for new clients entering the program

  • Provide direct supervision and support to clients throughout the shift

  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs

  • Conduct mandatory overnight bed checks and complete required shift reports

  • Ensure clients are following their daily treatment schedules

  • Monitor and support medication line procedures

  • Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients

  • Provide crisis intervention when needed and respond appropriately to client needs

  • Assist with client activities and therapeutic interventions

  • Conduct client searches when required upon intake or as directed

  • Monitor clients for safety, behavioral, and medical concerns

  • Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to staff code of ethics


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Valid driver's license preferred

  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment is helpful but not required

  • Entry-level candidates with a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply

  • Experience facilitating groups or activities is a plus
