Job Description: Administrative Assistant

Duties:

  • Clerical Support: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Maintain filing systems and organize documents for easy access.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with personal tasks and provide administrative support to attorneys/paralegals
  • Proficiently in document creation, collaboration, and communication
  • Create and maintain customer records and basic paperwork (intake forms, notes, necessary documents)
  • Support general admin tasks: filing, light data entry, organizing front desk/office area, and assisting the operations team as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

-GED or High School Diploma required

-Bilingual (English & Spanish)
