This role involves various accounting functions such as accounts payable reconciliation, budgeting, financial reporting, and more. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting or a related field, and be proficient in Excel and pivot tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable reconciliation and administration
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Cash management and forecasting
  • Financial reporting and cost analysis
  • Assist with H.R. and employee benefits administration
  • Payroll
  • Prepare weekly operations reports
