SNELLING STAFFING HAS AN OPENING FOR A TEMPORARY INDEFINITE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AT OUR AUTOMOTIVE CLIENT IN ROSEVILLE.. $18-22/HOUR

Overview:

This is a high profile position responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate Finance Department. Receptionist duties include greeting and assisting incoming guests and ensuring that guests first impression of company is a positive one. Finance clerical duties include mail distribution, 3-way AP matching, PO receipts, check processing, filing, some banking duties and cell phone assistance.

Finance Clerk / Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Good organizational and Math skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office
  • Accurate Data Entry skills, strong attention to detail
  • General Office Skills
  • Excellent people skills, verbal & written communication
  • 2-3 years experience in an office environment, some familiarity with basic accounting preferred

Finance Clerk / Receptionist Tasks:

  • Provide assistance to Finance Department in Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring that they are connected with their hosts in an efficient and friendly manner
