Location: West Chester, OH
Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst at our facility in West Chester, Ohio. The ideal candidates enjoy hands-on, challenging, family-like environments and are looking for opportunities to develop further in their career. The position will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team, specifically billing and invoicing.
Summary of Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in processes relating to customer accounts.
  • Provide multifunctional support across all activities of accounts receivable.
  • Identify and implement process changes to support continuous process improvement related to revenue cycle management.
  • Provide support to both internal and external customers to ensure requests and daily requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide analytical support to management and external customers to support problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation relating to accounts receivable to ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Analytical skillset and ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High degree of efficiency utilizing ERP solutions.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing company.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and general business aptitude.
