Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing team in Maurice, LA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who has strong A/R experience, excellent computer skills, and exceptional data entry accuracy. This position works independently, so the ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and able to manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions
  • Enter customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records through data entry
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances as needed
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Spectrum software is a plus, but not required
