Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units and operating segments

  • Perform monthly reporting, variance analysis, and trend analysis to support executive decision-making

Operational & Accounting Support
  • Partner closely with senior finance leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
  • Assist with general accounting support, including reconciliation review, financial data validation, and limited general ledger activity
  • Support ad hoc financial and operational projects across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency through automation and process enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams on business initiatives

Qualifications
Experience
  • 1-4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or business operations
  • Corporate finance or operational finance experience preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments strongly preferred
  • Exposure to executive-level interaction and cross-functional business support is highly valued

Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities are required
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting concepts
