Position: Accounting Operations Coordinator
Location: Stratum Central Office โ 27375 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070
Schedule: Full-time position (40 weekly contract hours), MondayโFriday, 8:00 a.m. โ 5:00 p.m., 60-minute unpaid lunch break
Classification: Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay
Pay Range: $23.00-26.00 per hour
Cell Phone Stipend: $25/month or $300/year

What Youโll Do
- Review and audit move-out files for accuracy and compliance
- Verify charges, deposits, and final account statements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Collaborate with property managers and accounting teams
- Support reconciliations and reporting processes
- Track trends and help improve internal workflows
- Maintain organized and confidential records
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- 1โ2+ years of administrative, accounting, or property management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel and reviewing data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Yardi or property management systems
- Background in accounting, auditing, or reconciliations

Physical Requirements
This is an office-based role that involves sitting for extended periods, frequent computer use, and occasional standing or walking. May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
