The Accounting Operations Coordinator audits move-out accounts, ensures accurate billing and deposits, and resolves discrepancies. This role partners with accounting and property teams to maintain accurate financial records and efficient processes.

Position: Accounting Operations Coordinator

Location: Stratum Central Office โ€“ 27375 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070

Schedule: Full-time position (40 weekly contract hours), Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 5:00 p.m., 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Classification: Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay

Pay Range: $23.00-26.00 per hour

Cell Phone Stipend: $25/month or $300/year

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Review and audit move-out files for accuracy and compliance
  • Verify charges, deposits, and final account statements
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Collaborate with property managers and accounting teams
  • Support reconciliations and reporting processes
  • Track trends and help improve internal workflows
  • Maintain organized and confidential records

What You Bring


Must-Have:

  • 1โ€“2+ years of administrative, accounting, or property management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel and reviewing data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Yardi or property management systems
  • Background in accounting, auditing, or reconciliations
