  • Prepare and report annual 1099sย ย

  • Perform annual CAM expense reconciliation for all tenantsย

Lease & Property Administrationย

  • Track and report on lease critical dates, escalations, insurance compliance, renewals, and amendmentsย

  • Manage Freeland CREโ€™s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website with regular updates and property highlightsย

  • Coordinate physical marketing materials and client deliverablesย

  • Coordinate specific marketing campaigns, such as closing gifts, and seasonal gifts.ย

Operations & Investor Supportย

  • Maintain organized digital and physical file systemsย

  • Manage vendors, software tools, and office operationsย

  • Assist with preparation and distribution of K-1s and investor communicationsย

  • Support general administrative needs and special projectsย

Who Thrives in This Roleย

  • An accountant who enjoys owning their work and working with minimal oversightย

  • Someone who values accuracy and structure but enjoys variety in their dayย

  • A strong organizer who follows tasks through to completionย

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems proactivelyย

  • Someone comfortable balancing focused accounting work with broader operational responsibilitiesย
