Job description

All-Pro Fasteners, Inc. is a full-line, full-service fastener supplier, offering a comprehensive range of bolts, nuts, washers, screws, and related components to customers across the United States. Our primary distribution and manufacturing operations are based in Arlington, Texas, with additional service centers strategically located in Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois.

We are currently looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager / Developer to join our expanding team. This position focuses on managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic, solution-based selling. The successful candidate will bring experience in the fastener industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to building and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have existing knowledge of structural products including bolting, anchor steel, chemical/mechanical anchors and additional products supporting structural steel and iron fabrication, as well as EPC companies.

This position is full-time from 8:00am - 5:00pm and is located at either our corporate headquarters in Arlington, TX (1916 Peyco Dr Arlington, Tx 76001) or our Houston branch (2512 McAllister Rd Houston, Tx). Other branch locations available for consideration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams ( sales, engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as a representative of the company.
  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 23 years of experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining sales targets and developing successful client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chains, or technical products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with strong timemanagement and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
