Job description

As an Commercial Account Manager, your role will be to increase annual sales of Rep Agency and distributed Commercial Equipment product lines with all classes of commercial customers. You will also initiate and maintain sales and marketing relationships with mechanical contractors, commercial building owners, facility managers, developers, architects, and engineers in assigned territories to promote HVAC product offerings and solicit projects.

During your role as a Commercial Account Manager role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:
•    Make personal calls on Architect, Engineering, and Commercial Facilities firms in all targeted customer segments
•    Ensure that the writing of favorable specifications is accomplished and in sufficient volume to achieve annual product line sales targets and business plan goals
•    Collaborate with Applications Group to provide design assistance, sizing, heat gain, and loss calculations for commercial building owners, managers, developers, architects, and engineers to have HVAC Distributors represented product lines specified on engineered projects
•    Manage and report pipeline data for all Manufacturer’s Representative product and Design / Build opportunities, commencing with engineering specification
