Account Manager – Thermal Solutions (Data Center Infrastructure)

About the Opportunity

STEPS Talent is partnering directly with the client''s hiring team on an exciting Account Manager opportunity with a global leader in power electronics and thermal management solutions. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have a strong background in data center infrastructure and strategic account management.

This role is focused on growing strategic OEM/ODM customer relationships within the thermal solutions business supporting next-generation AI and hyperscale data center infrastructure.


What You''ll Do
  • Manage and grow strategic OEM/ODM customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and business reviews.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support RFQs, forecasting, commercial discussions, and program execution.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing customer accounts.
  • Lead customer meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Drive long-term customer partnerships while ensuring successful project execution.

What Our Client Is Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Program Management, or Customer Success.
  • Experience selling into the Data Center industry is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience supporting enterprise, cloud, AI, colocation, or hyperscale data center customers are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience managing strategic OEM/ODM customer relationships.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and managing customer-facing commercial activities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree required.
