Our team provides a full range of furniture and wall options, specification, design & sourcing as well as installation and on-going maintenance services. We enjoy collaborating with customers to understand their business objectives and then create furniture solutions that support these objectives. We often partner with architects & design firms as well as the commercial real estate, project management & developer communities to help bring their client’s vision to life. Position Overview:

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing a diverse portfolio of client relationships, while identifying new business opportunities as needed. This role requires a strong focus on building trust and delivering on client expectations through proactive communication and dependable follow-through.

Working closely with our Design and Project Management teams, the Corporate Account Manager ensures a seamless client experience and high satisfaction. Ideal candidates are driven, collaborative, and results oriented.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Meet monthly sales goals as outlined by the Sales Management team
  • Participate in vendor and manufacturer training sessions to stay current on product knowledge
  • Learn and follow internal Teammates processes to grow into an effective and valued Corporate Account Manager
  • Proactively develop new business to build and grow your client portfolio
  • Engage with new customers to understand their needs and propose thoughtful, exciting furniture solutions, aiming to exceed expectations for design, budget, and delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date contact information, project details, and opportunities in the company CRM
  • Attend industry events and build strong relationships within the A&D, commercial real estate, project management, and developer communities
  • Deliver compelling presentations to both existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with your teammates to ensure exceptional outcomes for every client
Position Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the commercial furniture or related industry
  • Self-driven with strong discipline and the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional written, verbal, and phone etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Confident in networking, giving presentations, and initiating contact with potential clients or industry influencers
