About the Role

The Account Manager serves as a key liaison between Arcadia Inc. and our most influential clients, ensuring that every project—from custom architectural components to engineered design solutions—is executed with precision, creativity, and exceptional service. This role is central to managing large and national accounts, particularly within California, and requires a deep understanding of project‑based sales cycles, design collaboration, and manufacturing capabilities.

You will guide clients through complex, design‑driven projects, identify opportunities to expand partnerships, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that align with both client goals and Arcadia’s commitment to craftsmanship. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship‑focused professional who can balance strategic account growth with hands‑on project coordination in a fast‑paced, highly creative manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management or sales experience within manufacturing, construction, architectural products, or related industries.
  • Proven success managing large or national accounts with measurable growth results.
  • Strong understanding of account development, inside sales, and project‑based client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with architectural firms, general contractors, or design‑build teams.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand Arcadia’s presence in national and regional markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including engineering, design, production, logistics, and project management—to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, project reviews, presentations, and on‑site visits.
  • Monitor industry trends, architectural design shifts, and competitor activity to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, project updates, and account performance reports to senior leadership.
