Position Overview:
Eagle Rock Management is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced in-house Payroll Processor to join our corporate team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible daytime schedule, with consistent hours. Work hours are designed to support strong work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume, multi-state payroll in-house, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and employee data management
  • Review and verify payroll data, including hours, deductions, bonuses, and commissions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, and reconciliations
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll information

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience processing high-volume payroll in-house
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
