Job description

  • Location: Conroe, TX
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Compensation: $25.00 to start, negotiable based on experience
  • Typical Work Week: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to manage high-volume payroll processing across multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of payroll experience and be confident in handling fast-paced, multi-state payroll processing. This role may also assist with billing tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume weekly payroll for field and internal employees
  • Verify and reconcile timecards, ensuring accurate and timely pay
  • Manage payroll adjustments, deductions, and compliance with federal and state laws
  • Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist with client billing preparation when needed
  • Collaborate with operations, recruiting, and billing teams to ensure smooth workflows

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in high-volume payroll processing (multi-state preferred)
  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
