  • Confirm operational readiness before assigned events, including access, staffing, schedules, workflows and known dependencies.
  • Monitor localization workflows throughout live events and respond promptly to issues, changes and production needs.
  • Coordinate vendors, reviewers, QA, editorial, and live production teams to ensure seamless execution during live cycles.
  • Communicate delivery status and any risks clearly to enable confident production decisions.
  • Maintain seamless communication with cross-functional producers, video production managers and technical teams to support rapid issue resolution.
  • Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand voice, style guides, and sports terminology standards.
  • Follow client-specific tools, workflows, approval processes, escalation procedures and data-handling requirements.
  • Flexibility to support live sports event schedules, including evenings, weekends and other non-standard production hours as required.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 + years of experience in localization project management or multilingual content production.
  • Proven experience running time-sensitive localization for digital, media, or live content.
  • Strong operational coordination skills, including content management, system management and scheduling across multiple simultaneous workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities during live production cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing structured handoff processes between teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless continuity during live or high-priority production cycles.
  • Solid grounding in localization processes, quality and terminology management.
  • Ability to work accurately within client-specific systems, CMS platforms, approval processes and documented procedures.
  • Discretion with confidential information and strict data-handling standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in complex localization environments and operate seamlessly within client internal tools and workflows.
  • Comfortable working in a macOS-based environment and able to quickly learn client-specific tools, systems and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in live sports, broadcast, or streaming localization workflows.
  • Background in digital media production or live events.
