At least 10+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle EBS Applications including R12.
Strong experience providing operations and maintenance support of Oracle EBS Modules โ€“ Financials, General Ledger, Inventory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Taxation and Workflows
Ability to support requirements gathering with end users, conduct workshops, develop requirements, and design documents.
Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience working on Configurations/Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration (CEMLIs).
Ability to develop test scenarios, support unit testing and user acceptance testing.
Develop associated EBS documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Experience working with a globally distributed team and interacting with offshore team.
