Providing support to ensurecompliancewiththe pharmacy 340B program. Works closely with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Participates in the ongoing maintenance of program policies and procedures. Maintains required 340B program records.Performsaudits to ensure compliance with policy and/or regulatory requirements.This position willspecializein the following areas:finance,audit,maintenance/IT,and/orcontracts/compliance.

  • Knows, understands, incorporates, anddemonstratesthe Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.

  • Demonstratesleadership, collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork whenfacilitatingclinicalstandardsand operationaldecisions and resolving issues.

  • Utilizes data toidentifyopportunities forimprovementand applies340B programexpertiseinidentifying,leading,andimplementingdata plans.Demonstrates data-drivenapproachesfor project prioritization and strategies.

  • Identifiesbusinessopportunitiesthat addressprogramneeds, policy changes,andeducationtoalign with the organizational strategy and national priorities.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicablefederal,state, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health's Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedurestoensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

  • Processesinvoicesand requisitions and serves asa liaisonto wholesalers, third party administrators, and other internal and external customers.

  • Assistswith quality control andthird-partyadministratormaintenance.

  • Serves asa liaisontopharmacy staff.

  • Conducts monthly internal audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance with its policies and procedures.Immediatelyreportany discrepancies/deviations to theRegionalDirectorBusiness Operations/340B.

  • Performs other responsibilities as requested bythe RegionalDirectorbusiness Operations/340B.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sdegree witha focusonaccounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field.Bachelor'sdegree must be completed within one year of starting in the position.

  • At leasttwo(2) years of work experience consisting of accounting, finance, information technology, businessmanagement, or related roles.

  • 340B UniversityCertificationrequiredwithin three months ofstarting in position.

  • Mustpossessexcellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, be well organized andmaintaina highly professional manner and appearance.

  • Mustpossessa personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.

  • Must beteam-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to complete assigned tasks to meet deadlines andobjectives.

  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
