Part-time pharmacists in 340B pharmacy settings often encounter challenges such as staying current with frequently changing 340B program regulations and ensuring compliance despite working fewer hours. Additionally, part-time employees may need to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and workflows, especially during peak periods or regulatory updates, making strong communication and organizational skills essential.
