340B Pharmacy Analyst

Under the direction of the 340B Program Analyst, analyzes all data related to participation in the 340B Program. Prepares and assists in the monitoring, tracking and reporting measurements by conducting audits to ensure program compliance. Analyzes the existing software to identify ways to fully integrate the 340B program. Performs other compliance and auditing functions as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or its equivalent certification
  • Graduate of accredited Pharmacy Technology Program 
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license is required.
  • Hands-on experience working with the 340B Drug Pricing Program 
  • Experience in an analyst or data-focused role, with the ability to audit, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas, reporting).
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Ability to efficiently manipulate and analyze large data sets is essential.
  • Solid understanding of medications and pharmacy operations.
  •  Experience in pharmaceutical purchasing/buying is highly transferable and preferred.
  •  Prior pharmacy technician experience is strongly desired due to the need for drug familiarity.

  • Additional Information: This role is not a traditional Pharmacy Technician position. It is an analyst role within the pharmacy department, focused heavily on auditing, compliance, and data analysis rather than direct patient-facing or dispensing responsibilities.
  • Please note: this position do NOT offer any opportunity for remote work. It is 100% onsite.
