Pharmacist - 340b Coordinator
$10,000 Sign On Bonus!*
SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the 340B Coordinator is responsible for systems, processes and outcomes in the following areas: (1) Maintaining TPA System (2) 340B Program compliance, monthly reporting, dispensing patterns, and inventory process systems, (3) invoice review and billing processes, (4) informational support and maintenance in systems/technology. (5) Contract Pharmacy system integrity and compliance (6) Self Audit Process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy
Experience: Pharmacy and Project Management and/or experience with database applications; 340B Discount Program knowledge and understanding preferred.
Certifications: Current registration as a Pharmacist in the State of Arkansas required or must apply and submit application for registration prior to date of hire, and obtain registration within thirty (30) days of date of hire.
Other: Trained in general use of pharmacy and drug wholesaler computers; knowledge of inventory systems and processes; experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook including advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, is critical); detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to complete projects timely and accurately; adapt to changes in workload and schedule to meet patient needs; proven ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactfully (both written and verbal); foster a team environment; consistently alert throughout shift; and ability to travel as required.
Preferred: Pharmacist with 3-5 years of 340B experience

Spend four hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse, daily. Ability to stand and walk, bend, stoop, squat, and twist (i.e., picking up items from the floor or on higher/lower shelves), and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds with proper body mechanics. Able to operate equipment required to perform pharmacy department tasks. Must have a keen sense of hearing and visual acuity. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.

Office setting, within a hospital environment to include Pharmacy.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Office On-Site Staff: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
