Description
Make a Statewide Impact as a 340B Analyst
Remote Position - Open to Missouri Residents Only

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting equitable healthcare access? As a 340B Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us manage and optimize our 340B pharmacy program-a vital resource that expands care access in underserved communities. This remote position supports the operations, compliance, and reporting functions of the 340B program while helping ensure its continued success and integrity.
This is a remote position open to Missouri residents only.
This is a great opportunity for someone who:
Enjoys working independently with data, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is looking to grow within a program that supports healthcare access for those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding of new Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and pharmacy partners
  • Manage and update contracts and documentation for audit-readiness
  • Monitor performance dashboards and pharmacy claims for accuracy
  • Analyze prescription data to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Investigate claim mismatches and request reversals when needed
  • Maintain provider lists and support credentialing tasks
  • Support audits, reports, and participation in the 340B Oversight Committee
  • Create presentations and schedule program-related meetings
  • Act as a resource for internal and external 340B-related communications

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in healthcare data analysis or pharmacy operations required
  • 340B experience highly preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Auditing experience preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
  • 340B University completion preferred, or completion of the 340B University training program within three (3) months of hire date
  • CPhT certification preferred
