Summary:
The Certified Compliance Analyst demonstrates a high level of expertise and skill in the 340Bprogram through direct 340B experience and by completing 340B Apexus Certification. The role includes serving as a SME on implementation projects, participating in external audits, presenting educational content, and developing and presenting corrective action plans from audit findings to stakeholders..
Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and perform routine and ad-hoc complex audits to resolve compliance gaps while minimizing drug expense.
Critically evaluate findings from audits to determine appropriate next steps. If problems or gaps are identified through audits, develop and execute action plans to resolve identified problems or gaps in collaboration with organizational leadership and stakeholders.
Serve as subject matter expert on implementation projects with external vendors; complete follow up deliverables; engage stakeholders to ensure resolution of issues.
Develop relationships with internal and external counterparts to facilitate productive exchanges of information to improve program efficiency.
Review system logic and configuration settings for each third party administrator system to ensure compliance of claims qualification.
Demonstrate understanding of and ability to articulate 340B Program requirements and best practices.
Present compliance education and other relevant topics to 340B Oversight Council and stakeholders.
Coordinate annual program audits for assigned entity in collaboration with organizational leadership. Support preparation for and execution of annual program audits and HRSA audits. Assist with training of new analysts.
