Account Executive - Healthcare

In this role, you will be selling hand hygiene compliance products to healthcare businesses throughout Ontario and Canada. As the company’s first salesperson, this is a unique opportunity to build your own sales processes, develop the product pitch and build your own territory. This position requires some overnight travel (4-5 nights/month), and the ideal candidate would already have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare field. The compensation for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 base salary plus, car allowance, laptop and cellphone, and a competitive commission structure. This is a flexible work from home or work from office position.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

• Head Office - Toronto
• Fully flexible - work from home or work from office
• The sales territory is Canada-wide
• Full-time - Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of sales experience selling to healthcare businesses
• Experience with healthcare RFPs
• Experience selling to large and enterprise-sized organizations
• Experience selling to purchasing managers
• Experience selling medical hygiene products preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Intermediate technology skills
• Excel - Advanced
• PowerPoint - Advanced
• CRM - Intermediate

• Small, Medium, Large, Enterprise Businesses across Canada
• You will be selling to purchasing departments
• You will be selling to C-Suite executives, purchasing managers, and department heads

SALES CYCLE / PRODUCT VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:

• Average project size is $50,000 - $500,000 +
• Average revenue by customer $100,000 +
• Average length of sales cycle 1 - 12 months
