About the Role: As our Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Support, you'll be part of the American force behind our sales success, charming clients with your wit and turning leads into loyal customers faster than we can say "moi moi". Your mission? To channel the spirit of Sisu (Finnish grit, in case you didn't know) as you navigate the sales pipeline with skill and determination.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate: You’ll be hopping into the heart of the action as a pivotal piece of our sales team, where you'll sync up with production and logistics to keep the gears turning smoothly. From snagging orders to getting them rolling out the door, your role is all about making connections and keeping our well-oiled machine humming along to the tune of teamwork!
• Service: As a customer service whiz, you're the hero on the other end of the line, the problem-solver extraordinaire, and the master of turning 'uh-ohs' into 'aha!' moments. From soothing frustrated customers to cracking the code on tricky inquiries, you're the wizard behind the curtain making magic happen.
• Manage Orders: You’ll oversee the entire order process from initial placement to fulfillment, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Solve Problems: When obstacles arise (because let's face it, they always do), you'll tackle them head-on with the determination of a Finnish polar bear (just kidding, we don't have any), finding creative solutions and keeping our clients happy.
