Position Title: Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
Address: 9601 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA, 98498
Shift hours: Day Shifts
Salary: $5,615.00 - $7,552.00 Monthly (Depending on the Experience)
Client: Western State Hospital
Some of what you will do
Directly hire, support, and supervise laboratory staff including Clinical/Medical Technologists and Laboratory Technicians who perform complex patient testing in the areas of Phlebotomy, Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Immunochemistry, Serology and Urinalysis
Maintain quality control and quality management programs
Communicate knowledgeably with medical providers, nurses, and administrators, regarding laboratory and patient issues
Perform all inspections and responses to maintain CAP/CMS Accreditation
Manage supplies and equipment to keep laboratory operational.
Who should apply
ASCP certification or equivalent, and
Masters* degree in Medical Technology or equivalent applicable laboratory field
And, 4 years of clinical, chemical, public health, or related lab experience as a Lab Technician; 2 of these years in a lead capacity
