Position: Director of Service Delivery, Commercial Cybersecurity Services

Location: Huntsville, AL - REMOTE

Position Description:

Gray Analytics is a Technical Consulting and Solutions provider for our customers. We are seeking to hire a senior level leader that has experience with cybersecurity consulting services. With current activities providing support to defense, space, cyber and commercial fields; Gray Analytics mission is to provide exceptional services and products to meet our customers' needs.

The selected candidate will support the expansion of the growing Commercial Cybersecurity business through our compliance practices. Current efforts will focus on analyzing and planning for CMMC consulting services, along with NIST best practices.

The candidate will support the customer potentially locally in Huntsville, Alabama, and/or remote. The work needs to be completed in an environment that is conducive to supporting our clients. If a remote candidate is selected, an adequate home office with proper internet connection is paramount.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field from an ABET accredited school is required. Salary considerations will be based on technical qualifications and experiences.
• The ideal candidate would have experience related to Cybersecurity services, especially CMMC or FedRamp.
• The ideal candidate would have experience at an Director Level with proven leadership experience.
• The following skills and abilities are desired:
  • Ability to oversee a program surrounding compliance programs such as CMMC and FedRamp.
  • Ability to not just strategize a plan but execute against the plan once all stakeholders are in agreement.
• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or possess/meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• CISA Credential or equivalent required.
