THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Strategically oversee the CEO's daily schedule, manage calendar, and confirm appointments & meetings
- Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries, both domestically & internationally
- Collaborate cohesively with other members of the CEO's support team
- Provide personal assistant support (20%)
- Manage all incoming communications with a strong sense of urgency, discretion, and tactfulness
- Respond to communications and interact with important stakeholders, acting as a stellar representation of the CEO
- Draft & send out correspondences to internal teams and external parties
- Process expenses and invoices
- Plan and execute company events, dinners, and organizational meetings
- Act as backup for other administrative team members when needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks & projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 5+ years of C-level or UHNWI administrative support, either as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Experience working as part of an administrative team highly preferred
- Corporate travel booking experience, both domestic & international, required
- Experience working at a public company a plus!
- Team-player mentality
- Poised and professional communication style
- Available/flexible to work outside traditional business hours when needed
- Stellar attention to detail
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Superior level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
