Job Description
We are seeking a Handyman/Contractor to become a part of our team!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in handyman and construction environments
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Installs/replaces flooring, carpeting, and floor tiles
- Painting and spackling
- Demolition
- Ability to handle physical workload
