Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The LMS and HR Administrator will support Cornerstone On Demand Learning Management and Performance Software. This position will support our business groups and corporate strategic priorities by creating training and processes that ensure our associates are trained efficiently and effectively in an effort to give us a competitive advantage and help our associates grow. With an understanding and application of adult learning theories and strategies, this role will take technical content produced by our technical experts and create and publish effective e-learning training and materials within our LMS. This role will also track training utilization, look at system optimization, and be responsible for troubleshooting user issues within the system. This person will also be responsible for supporting HR administrative projects and provide some HRIS support as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for technical administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) Cornerstone On Demand.

  • Develop and execute innovative LMS solutions to fit training needs.

  • Create relevant training for internal customers using Adult Learning theories and practices.

  • Design training with an attention to detail and organization.

  • Troubleshoot online training course issues.

  • Investigate and resolve any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies.

  • Ensure data integrity in reports generated in the LMS.

  • Seeks opportunities to increase internal customer satisfaction.

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting LMS in a corporate environment working in an HR Team.

  • Strong administrative, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

  • 3+ years experience administering, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within a learning management system.

  • Experience using and managing content in Cornerstone, strongly preferred.

  • Experience creating training with Articulate 360, Storyline, or similar software strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with ADP is a plus.

  • Performance driven, customer focused, and strong ability to work independently.

Physical Demands of the Position:

  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly- both written and oral

  • Must have the ability to sit or stand for periods of an hour or more

  • Must have the dexterity to effectively utilize a computer.
