Job Title: Learning Management System (LMS) Manager - RemoteJob Description:- Administer and manage the Gnosis LMS platform, including user setup, permissions, course assignments, and system configuration
- Oversee day-to-day LMS operations to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to upload, test, and maintain training content and learning paths
- Generate and analyze LMS reporting (completion rates, compliance, engagement metrics) to support business objectives
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and liaise with external vendors or technical teams as needed
- Ensure compliance training and certifications are tracked accurately and completed within required timelines
- Lead continuous improvements to LMS processes, workflows, and adoption strategies
Key Requirements:- Hands-on experience managing Gnosis LMS (or similar LMS platforms)
- Strong understanding of LMS administration, reporting, and user management
- Experience supporting training initiatives across distributed/remote teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.67 - $60.00/hr.
