Administrative Assistant

LMS Direct LLC

Littleton, CO | Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience) + fuel reimbursement

LMS Direct is a rapidly growing transportation and logistics company seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping a team succeed.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting with dispatch, contractor compliance, customer communication, and office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
  • Create, update, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with dispatching and routing drivers
  • Help coordinate route coverage and contractor scheduling
  • Maintain contractor compliance files and ensure documentation remains current
  • Assist with onboarding new contractors
  • Monitor emails and support daily office operations
  • Work closely with leadership to keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
