Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Junior LMS Admin & Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity out of our Wilmington, Ohio office.

In this unique role, you will become the ultimate expert on our client-facing eLearning system. Half your time will be spent keeping the engine running, managing user access, creating branches, and running client reports. The other half will be driving our growth, reaching out to prospective clients, making cold calls, and setting up system demos to show off the value of our eLearning platform.

Key Responsibilites

Client Support & LMS Administration

  • LMS Management: Serve as the hands-on admin for our client-facing LMS (adding users, assigning courses, building sub-branches, and troubleshooting client issues).
  • Reporting: Pull and analyze data reports for existing clients to show their usage and course completion rates.
  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for current customers making administrative adjustments or scaling their user bases.

Business Development & Outbound Sales

  • Prospecting & Outbound: Actively prospect, cold call, and email potential B2B clients to introduce our eLearning platform and generate new business.
  • Demo Coordination: Schedule and coordinate live platform demonstrations for the sales team (or lead them yourself as you master the system).
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of our eLearning catalog to handle objections and highlight key features to prospects.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 0โ€“2 years of experience in sales development (BDR/SDR), customer success, or tech support.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: Comfortable with cold outreach, phone sales, and overcoming initial client rejection.
  • Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn software systems; comfortable digging into LMS settings, user permissions, and data reports.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsโ€”you can explain tech to non-tech people easily.
  • Location: Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of our Wilmington, OH office.

Variable/Commission: $5,000 - $10,000 based on goals like number of qualified demos set, new clients signed, and/or revenue goals.
