Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with customers, and are driven by performance-based earnings, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Schedule
  • 5 days per week
  • Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with expected annual earnings of approximately $50,000-$120,000+, depending on individual performance and bonuses achieved.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations.
  • Prepare estimates and explain repairs clearly.
