Who we're looking for

Toyota's OneTech Platform Team - TBMNC Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated IT Service Delivery and Relationship Management Senior Engineer.

The primary responsibility of this role is to This role is strategically critical to sustaining the mission-critical platforms that enable all TBMNC plant operations, including the software development, staging, and QA environments supporting core applications such as MES, MOM, and Ignition.

This role will support the OneTech TBMNC Platform Team department's objective to directly align to the successful deployment and ongoing support of Siemens MOM, MES, Insight Hub, and the CI/CD pipeline, while also coordinating across Database, Firewall, and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable configuration and support for DEV, QA, and staging environments.

What you'll be doing

  • This role supports a sustained, business-critical platform capability that will remain essential to supporting current and expanding TBMNC production operations.

  • Configuration and support for DEV, QA, and staging platform environments essential to development and deployment of Siemens MOM, MES, Insights Hub, and the CI/CD pipeline.

  • Supports creation and maintenance for Certificates, F5 Load Balancer configuration, Firewall, Zscaler (Cyber), patching and cost optimization.

  • As the plant continues to scale up in volume, product diversity and operational complexity increases, this position will provide the continuity, technical expertise, and shop-floor alignment needed to protect production stability, accelerate issue resolution, and support long-term manufacturing success.

What you bring

  • 5 - 7 years of IT Application delivery professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of Nutanix, Linux, SQL Server, PostGres, MS Windows Server, performance monitoring tools & metrics (ie: Data Dog, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Management Execution Systems (MES), Siemens Mfg. Operations Management (MOM) systems, and Ignition platform.

  • Basic understanding of application coding practices in a .NET environment.

  • Ability to perform independently and manage assignments to completion, including coordinating other team members from the platform and applications delivery teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to collaborate across many teams both within OneTech and in Production Engineering (PE).

Added bonus if you have

  • Knowledge or experience with Siemens products (OpCenter, Insights Hub)

  • AWS Cloud technologies

  • Knowledge or experience in the Toyota production environment (TPS, PDCA, TBP, JKK, etc.

  • Experience or certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent)
