Job Description
Recruitment Notes:
- Responsible for working with development teams in setting strategy and requirements of the testing, passes off to another team who conducts testing and then this team takes back and translate and understand data
- During the process they bring strategy to engineering and negotiate on wants vs needs and those are the requirements set for the diagnostics team
- Must have experience in identifying opportunities and looking for continuous improvement for technical innovation not just creating a process / document but really thinking outside of the box and writing new codes to get new data results etc.
- Seeking innovation and translate necessities and apply that knowledge to create solutions and push others
- Process improvement mentality
- NOT a software engineer but an engineer who understands data and how to use and manipulate that data with some coding skills Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics maybe
