Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Document Management Specialist to join our client in Fishers, IN! The primary responsibilities include sorting incoming mail, reviewing documents for accuracy, updating systems with received information, scanning and processing images for automated indexing, preparing documents for shipping, creating and managing reports, and maintaining organized filing of stored documents. This Contract opportunity offers $17/HR!

Essential Job Functions:

• Sort incoming mail.

• Review documents for accuracy and update the system with received information.

• Scan images and process them for automated indexing.

• Sort and prepare documents for shipping.

• Create and manage reports related to document management.

• File and organize stored documents.

• Assist with special projects as needed.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Other Related Duties:

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• One year of related experience is preferred.

• Explore alternatives and creative solutions to meet customer needs.

• Direct application of various procedures, policies, and/or precedents.
