Document Scanning Clerk - Contract
Location: Fenton, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Duration: Approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension
PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Document Scanning Clerk to assist our client in Fenton, MO with a document scanning project and help address a backlog of scanned contracts.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Scan and digitize paper contracts and other documents
  • Organize and prepare documents for scanning
  • Ensure documents are scanned clearly and accurately
  • Review scanned documents for completeness and quality
  • Name, save, and organize electronic files according to established procedures
  • Maintain accuracy while working through a high-volume document backlog
  • Perform other administrative duties related to the scanning project as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or document scanning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic files
