  • Use Falcon machine scanning processed work , by viewing the accuracy of the work.
    • Document Preparation: Preparing paper records by removing staples, paper clips, and straightening pages for scanning.
    • Scanning Operations: Operating high-speed, networked scanners to convert documents like invoices, records, and contracts into PDFs or images.
    • Quality Control: Reviewing digital images for clarity, accuracy, orientation, and legibility, ensuring they are free from defects.
    • Indexing and Data Entry: Naming, indexing, and organizing files within document management systems for easy retrieval.
