CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer cleaning needs and recommend appropriate cleaning services or packages.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning services based on customer preferences and availability of cleaning personnel.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information and service details, in the database.
- Process cleaning service requests, cancellations, and changes efficiently.
- Collaborate with cleaning staff and supervisors to address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's cleaning services, procedures, and pricing.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and products is a plus.
