Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper
Prestige Builder Group is seeking an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to aid in operations in the Custom Home Building Business.
The individual needs to be experienced in homebuilding, Sage Software and Excel. They must poses great interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a sense of urgency.
• Full cycle cost accounting
• Set up and execute job contracts
• Process of construction loan draws
• Contract/change order management
• Change order payments
• Invoice processing
• Data entry for proper coding of vendor
• Accounts payable
• Subcontractor management, P.O. and change orders
• Subcontractor payables
• Subcontractor compliance
• Manage monthly reporting/closing of accounts
• Process payroll
