Straub Automotive, the Ohio Valley's leading dealership group, is seeking an ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER to join our team. This is a dealership accounting role that manages transactional posting of dealership activities as well as other administrative duties. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and review financial reports, including month-end and year-end closing
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
Requirements:
• Automotive accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience with dealership management systems and software is a plus
